They were ecstatic that Long was going to bring back John L. to preserve the continuity so I am not too worried about what makes them ecstatic.

They will hire a better coach and be beating us shortly. They damm near beat us this yer with inferior talent and a brutal coach. If they upgrade from Smith at all they will smash us. We can be easily out coached. Look at the last 2 weeks, shitty teams hanging around. Miles = mediocrity. He recruits so well that he can't screw it up. Miles is the best I have ever seen at turning 4 stars in to day 2 draft picks! Look at the offensive side of the ball! Defensive guys get drafted early.
