What is wrong with him?
The cited injury is his hip flexor. Just to review, this group is a relatively long group that plays a role in lifting/driving the legs and essential core movements since they also attach to the spine.
It could be anything related to that. It could be an indicator of other lower leg issues that he may be compensating for. There's no clue and it's debatable if the listed injury is even the actual injury.
However, we know he's been on crutches still and hasn't been active in game plan implementation and therefor shouldn't be playing. Some are speculating he could be used for 3rd downs but I doubt that.

Hip flexor injuries are notorious to pop up after an acl tear like Lawson had. Really sucks I was hoping both teams would be at full strength for this game. It will not be an excuse if we lose injuries are part of the game. Hope we can both get out of this game without anyone else gettin hurt. It has always been a hard fought hard hitting game that I look forward to every year

I want them all to play, win, lose, or draw. Hope they are healed up and ready to go.

Another update:
Lawson not seen making it onto the Bus

Lawson won't make a difference because hes a pass rusher. We won't throw ten passes.

Cheers for the updates, I never like playing under strengthed teams because I find they tend to step up more with the underdog status and there confidence builds quickly with lower expectations. I think this game will be a lot harder than some are suggesting.

Yes but they came into the season on top of the world very big difference there. It's not like everyone is saying LSU is going to dominate them. LSU also has last year on their mind revenge game so they will be fighting hard no matter if auburn is full strength or not. I just want Les and Cam to let go and play aggressive football hell not even aggressive just smart and mix things up on any down any time. Make Auburn run the entire width and length of the field. It's great to line up and hit em in the mouth but you can do it while passing too. Let them have some fun Les Miles and the fans want to see us kick someones arse, we have a ton of talent time to use that!!! That said I think LSU improves this week and has a complete game one we haven't seen in a while. 42-14 Tigers!

It's the sort of game that can go either way a blowout or a nail biter. Auburn obviously would go back and look at where they've gone wrong and try to fix things. But they will either bounce back with confidence and come out firing and really surprise LSU. Or it could be the complete opposite, that one mistake and the whole teams heads go down and a blowout. I'm not prepared to make a prediction because that pre season hype was there for a reason because they have the talent. But whether they are ready to put it together yet, I'm not sure.
