Miles ... lose ... the bowl game

Now that's fricking hilarious.

Les is a horrible game time coach. But he is a master game planner. When he has over a month to get ready for a game, he's unstoppable.

What we really need is 12 Les Miles's. One for each regular season game.

I honestly believe LSU will win close to Arky even with the coaches best effort to lose the game. Then blowout whomever they play in a bowl game. Getting our hopes and expectactions up for next year. I think we may be much improved with JJ a more seasoned junior qb. The cb position other than peterson looks like a liability. With the rb's being a question mark. With us rarely getting the younger receivers in they will be a question mark as well.

I fault the cynical, control-freak Tiger fans who made Saban's stay unnecessarily stressful. Saban was correct when he sought to control the team.... and he was right. That's what he got paid for and that's what he did.

The over-opinionated Tiger fans (me included) were too critical when Saban was getting the kinks out in the early years. They were too used to bashing Dinardo without consequences.

I miss Nick Saban.

You can't honestly believe Miles will never lose a bowl game at LSU. He lost bowl games prior to LSU. He's done a tremendous job in the bowl games thus far, but to think a bowl appearance is a guaranteed win isn't realistic.

I have trouble believing he won 4 in a row with minimum point margins of 14.

LSU's offense is the problem and really the reason we lose the game, not the last minute...

Spot on. The problems are deep. Last night they surfaced (not for the first time) in a way can no longer be ignored.

Yes but:
Let's get positive and find a way out of this? If we can get out of this contract with this man cheaper, so much better for all contributors and the LSU Nation. Football is the money maker at this institution for the most part so:
Do the Math? If the L.M. buy out is $15,000,000 and at least 50,000 ardent LSU fans put up a portion of money to buy out this man (Les Miles contract). A man who claims to qualify as a Head Coach at a football crazy SEC school; what do you think each individual would have to put up to turn this into a reality? Well, 50,000 really concerned LSU fans could each give $300 to such a fund to get rid of this mindless, spineless person who claims to be a H.C. in an SEC school. Do the Math? If only 5,000 of these same serious LSU fans did this, then the one time fee would be $3000 each. I read last night on one of the board sites, someone would put $5000 up. Just saying! Merry Christmas Les and
PS: give me Joe Aleva's phone number, email address, etc. I'll have his staff crunch the numbers and write the letter with this idea that most of you think are a joke. Bigger men, started with nothing and even bigger men have done things for no credit. It's just egos that are in the way of getting this done. They call this Capitalism! You always here, Atlanta, Boston, New York, Denver, Phoenix, Chicago, Houston, etc. people inviting their friends to watch LSU together at a site or club, since they can't come to the games on a regular basis. This is LSU Alumni, how may thousands are there out there?

doubt seriously that a typical gridiron club member really knows diddly squat about what LSU is or isn't going to do regarding LM. Hell, I was a gridiron member for a while - it doesn't mean anything.
