Yeah I’ll let jay make the decision too that’s why he’s coach.

Some of you forget this website is the tiger RANT.

Not hating, dude is a 5th year senior batting a team low of .238 before conference play has begun. But you’re right I know absolutely nothing.

Team low batting average as a 5th year senior. He may be good enough to make the team but he’s not good enough to get the appearances he has his stats don’t lie

I came very close to making a "hot take" prediction that Ruckert ends the season as our starting 2B.

I'm with you here. Dardar has really cooled off since his hot start (can say that about almost the whole lineup right now). And Dardar's defense leaves a lot to be desired.

I don't get why this is still a narrative. Reaves has started 2 weekend games out of 10 (including last night) the entire season. Pretty sure he was the last of the bench last night in the B7 inning. He's only appeared in 8 games this year. Almost all his run has been in midweek games. And had 3 plate appearances the first weekend. He played in one game in Jacksonville. He started Sunday against Dartmouth. Reaves' opportunities have shrunk as the season has gone on if you've been paying any attention.

Because he's ninth on the team in ABs. Games started don't mean shite. Simpson has started 9 games and has fewer plate appearances than Reaves. If you are committed to giving him garbage time, why? Jay isn't going to answer, nor should he. But it is something we are all wondering.

Correct. I don't like him at 2B, b/c he leads the team in errors. But he still leads the team in OB% too at .510. He's still a viable DH option. His cooled-off bat is still better than others that are getting the same reps.

On another note, the lowest OB% of the entire team is Curiel which is a surprise 13 games in when you consider he had the highest on-base last year of anyone with 10+ plate appearances.

Don’t crawfish now. You said ‘he’s not good at baseball’, which is fricking retarded
