It's about 75 degrees with a clear sky but a strong breeze blowing from 1B to 3B. Looks like it'll be a pretty good crowd tonight.

I am grilling Mahi with mesquite and that is what the salsa is for. Then, with what is left of the salsa, I am going to bake some shrimp in it and serve it over brown and wild rice the next day.
