Alvin Dark. Could have been been an All-Pro in two sports if he would have stuck with football as well as baseball.

Obviously Carter didn't suck because he got good PT. That's quite an accomplishment for someone to play two sports let alone be good at both.

But then again, I guess the transition from be a track star to the WR position wouldn't be too difficult. It would be much more impressive to play football/baseball, baseball/basketball or basketball/football.

My point is that he actually got to play rather than sitting on the bench. He has to be commended for that.

Marcus Spears could have been a three sport athlete. He dominated the Rec. in basketball. I remember him being a great track athlete also(shot put?). He was a TE in high school and switched to DE and now makes millions in the NFL.
