I was sitting in the stands when Kenny Higgs dunked it on a fast break before they were allowed to dunk. He got a technical on that one.

The Astronaut. Is there really any other answer. There were plenty of awesome dunkers- Swat Mitchell, shaq, singleton, Tyrus, etc etc. But if you saw Scales there's no comparison.
