Guys I love coach O but, LSU needs a huge splash hire. I still think Jimbo would come here if offered. He wants to compete at the highest level the SEC.

I agree with this. There is more to this story than he lets on. Over the years, he has increasingly delivered commentary about LSU with what seems like a personal issue. LSU prob did something behind the scenes that bent him out of shape.

Alleva looks like a clown because he fired him 5 games after saying he's our coach and will continue to be in the future. Everybody above him looks worse because he wasn't fired to save money and we really didn't save any money. Also we wasted this entire season for an obvious dead man walking as coach. I honestly had no idea Tim was still working. I thought he retired.
This is why most of these people work in studios and not with actual programs. They think with their heart. Les is lovable but he wasn't getting it done with the talent he had.
They complained for weeks about Miles offense and now that we're trying to move on they're mad about that too. They just want to bitch.

The amount of people that actually want Orgeron to be retained as the permanent head coach is a bit disturbing.

The pressure had to be mounting on the team. Alleva and co basically fricked two seasons playing these games. Last year with the assistant contracts and chavis bailing. And now this season by firing and unfiring then firing the coach.
