Do you also think honey badger shouldn't talk with rookies or hang out with them?

While I have no problem with Harris training with Vick, comparing Vick to TM7 is absurd

good point. I'd MUCH rather influence from Vick. Nothing against HB, but Vick has been there, done that. Oh yeah, and he's a fricking QB!

Troubled past vs troubled past.

To be fair if the worry is the guy who previously made mistakes will lead Harris down that path a player is much more likely to take up what got TM7 in trouble than what sent Vick to jail.

We have some uppity, unforgiving, little frickers on this board.

I spoke with Michael Vick last night at the airport for awhile and specifically asked him about BH. He said he will be real good but needs to put on some weight. He said Brandon is too thin to handle the SEC. Vick thinks he should sit out a year to "muscle up".

Brandon Harris should jump at the chance to train with Michael Vick.
Guess I'm an idiot. The best people to train with are usually the ones who were not good enough to make it to the big time - Les Miles, Nick Saban, Sean Peyton, etc. Guys like Vick got to where they are due to world class talent. I'd bet that guy has never trained hard in his life - didn't need to. In fact, besides Steve Spurrier, are there any other great athletes who turned into great coaches?

Payton was a Bears QB.

Not to mention Vick got fricked because of PETA and the public outcry and all that.
Donte Stallworth struck and killed a pedestrian while driving his car drunk. DUI vehicular manslaughter. Served 24 of his 30 day sentence in jail. Mike Vick did 23 months in prison for dog fighting.
Was it some messed up stuff that happened at Vicks house? No doubt about it. But he also had the hammer dropped on him for those crimes and his sentence was pretty much overkill.
Just because Stallworth was undersentenced doesn't mean Vick was oversentenced. Vick committed some heinous crimes against animals and deserved exactly what he got. I would rather Harris being mentored by Randall Cunningham or Drew Brees.

Any concern with Brandon Harris hanging out with mike Vick? I was told Vick wants Harris to train with him.
