No, Fournette did.
From the game recap:

end of the year so he says it's been a fun ride.
we assume he means to transfer.
Maybe he enjoyed the ride that was the 2014 football season. Maybe he was sincere

I'm trying to think of a reason for him to stay, but I am coming up blank.

When all else fails, resort to name calling. Interesting debate tactic. Care to explain what makes Harris any less mature than other true freshman QBs, or do you want to just call each other names?

Gotcha. Didn't realize that I was debating someone that didn't understand one of the simplest aspects of football. The fumble is 100 %, without question, on Jennings. Like it's not even arguable.

He loves LSU, he has said multiple times he has no plays to go anywhere.

Which is it CLM fans, is Les keeping the better qb on the bench or did he recruit a qb worse than AJ?

I've given you all the information you need to answer this question. (Not a CLM fan)

The funny thing is that you think a head coach should be fired if a true freshman transfers.
LSU "fans"
I think it would be more of a "straw that broke the camels back" situation than the singular event. I am a consummate sunshine pumper but the QB situation has been atrocious for the most part sense Jimbo's QBs left.

He knows that. He's just trolling the shite out of us and it's working.

Then you script the first x number of plays, its done all the time especially for young QB's. Give him the script pad to wear until he is up to game time speed, playing time cures a lot.
You wont know what he is capable of until he gets significant playing time.
Communication problems are not new at LSU, and can be solved by coaching staff.
I've seen other coaching staffs with posters to easily communicate different plays, sets, options, the "look at me" communication technique. what has LSU done similarly?

Yeah, he must have really burned some bridges somewhere, seems there's a large chasm between him and meaningful playing time. He definitely should look to transfer to an FCS school and play next year.

But at the same time, the fumble happened with 6 mins left in the third and LF had just ONE carry after that... GEE I wonder who Miles blamed the fumble on??????

Exactly. Jennings ripped the ball back from LF after Fournette was a yard past him. He didn't even have a clear running lane so while attempting to make a bad decision he caused an even worse result.

Brandon Harris has three options.
He can dedicate himself and work his arse off. He can just go with the flow, pretty much put into the game what he put into it this year. Or, he can transfer for greener pastures.
Seriously how much work does he really need to put in to beat out Jennings. I am guessing slim to none, because with the so called lack of effort he put in this season he still looked 100 times better than Jennings.
quote:
The guy is in a spot where if he dedicated himself, took control of the job, and performed...he'd literally be in Jameis Winston territory. He'd be viewed as a savior around here...would have a huge stage to show his talents...and would have weapons around him at his disposal.
Does not matter did you not see how Miles has his starter despite what lies you believe.
quote:
The problem is that he'd probably have to dedicate hundreds of hours of film study between now and next year in addition to having a very dedicated spring practice. I'm not sure he's willing to do that.
He outplayed Jennings last spring and here we are at the end of the season where Jennings has produce the absolute worst stats in the country at qb.
quote:
Compare this comment with Fournette's comment yesterday. Fournette says "It's time to go to work." That's leadership. Harris says "It's been fun." No matter what he means (whether he's trollling, just having fun, etc.), it's extremely childish and the opposite of leadership. I have no confidence that Harris is willing to make the tough decisions to be great...even though it would benefit him the most.
He is 18 years old. How mature were you at 18? And you can't compare LF situation with Harris's situation. LF is starting, but Harris played well for a freshman and benched after one bad outing never saw any playing time after that. Lied to in front the media about him getting the opportunity to play on several occasions that didn't present itself.

If Winston can learn a playbook that has resulted in like 27 straight wins, anybody can.
