39 scholarships? Do you watch LSU?

BK is 62, he will retire sooner rather than later & all the 30 & 40 year old coaches who were out there when BK was hired will all still be coaching for another 10+ years when he leaves.
We hired him for contract terms expecting him to leave this place better than found it. He will have success here and time is not a given. He has been here not even two years and has already proving why he was hired.
News flash: younger guys will probably coach for several years after 30+ year coaches decide to hang it up. LMAO

He finally named two. I’m just curious if he’s still “torn” between the two.
Fickell and DA? Wow. All that for that. I’m sure that he is still torn. Woody didn’t get it wrong. ??

I’m still waiting for his answer.

Are you? I’ve asked you twice if you still want him or Fickell since that post.
This makes three times.

I digress-do you still want Fickell or Aranda?
Yes, absolutely. I would 100% be thrilled if BK was let go today & either of those guys was hired.
I'd also be fine with lane kiffin or hugh freeze.
For the millionth time, I simply wanted a younger up & comer that could potentially be here for the long term.
Maybe I should ask you guys a question...
Who could potentially win more games at LSU. a 60 year old man who will likely retire in less than 10 years or a man in his mid 30's or early 40's who has another 20+ years left to coach?
I'm not talking about any particular person, I'm asking who has more potential to win more games? A guy nearing the end of his career or a guy just getting started?

Lemme ask you this, do you think any of those would’ve done a better job last season?

Ok. I’ve heard enough.

Well be quiet for 10 more years and you might get your chance. But you might want to start getting together your new “up and comers” list of candidates. They will all be knocking 60 by the time this is over.

Well seeing how successful they’ve been in the Big 10 and the Big 12, there’s no doubt. (Yes that’s sarcasm).
And I like Aranda. I’d take Aranda back as a DC in a heartbeat but not as a HC.

I think that either of those guys could have done a comparable job last season.

There aren't any of these guys, everyone you've named is either nearing 50 or older than 50.
I'm convinced you would've passed on Joe Burrow because Myles Brennan, Justin McMillan, and Lowell Narcisse had more eligibility remaining.

It took a minute to get here. What a joke!

Now I know you’re trolling.

So you think either of those coaches could’ve gotten LSU to the SEC championship, beat Bama and finish 10-4 with 39 scholarship players to start with. You’re lying to yourself.

There you go again comparing apples to oranges.
BK has way better recruiting opportunities & facilities here than he did @ ND. So by the same token, do you not believe that Aranda would have way better recruiting opportunities & facilities here vs Baylor?
This is exactly what I said yall would do. comparing any other coaches record at their current school.
BK will not be here for 10 years. I said what I said. Bookmark this please.

I’m not comparing anything. Just responding to your comment.

I’m done wasting time on your nonsense. Someone else can play.

Here’s the thing, Aranda has been at Baylor since 2020 and had time to bring in all his players. BK has been here a year and a half. Not exactly apples to oranges. But nice try
