Number 20 or number 10, easily.

Any fans of Toonces here?
I personally liked it at the time but looks so dated by now. However, the 1972 classic logo never gets old, probably the best of all.
The 1958 every Tiger mascot university used it.

The non sheen 90s logo number 15 in your chart is excellent

That 1990s logo instantly takes me back to Super Nintendo NCAA football and basketball video games. Dale Brown and Shaq FTW

Where'd you get that logo assortment chart? It's badass.

Psycho bengal is the goat

I'm good with anything besides toonces.
Instantly reminds me of LSU gear from Walmart.
The networks won't let it die either.

I like the Geaux font, but wouldn't mind seeing this throwback end zone.

Guess you want Toonces back too

I’m old school, but I love the geaux font. i’d like to see us be consistent and put in on our helmets.

2002 and 2007 were by far the worst LSU logos

Psycho bengal?
I’ve always heard it called “flower tiger” or “chrysanthemum tiger” or something
I love it... but our current tiger logo is essentially a modern rendition of it
More so to do with making logos easier for digital printing
See FSU’s recent revision of their Seminole logo
Just gets rid of a lot of the “sketch” looking lines and undulations and smooths things out
I love how we ditched Toonces and went back to essentially the best Tiger logo ever created

If it was #4... there would be no choice but to shut down the school

The Geaux font is awesome, especially with the Tiger head aka 2007. Toonces with the baby Tiger arms is just bad, but the head without the arms is good.

Why? You can’t even read the letters for Christ’s sakes.

The interlocking block looks dated and lacks imagination, in my opinion. I typically prefer the cleaner lines of sans serif lettering in general thus, I like the wordmark and tiger head logo depicted in the current helmet logo, and the wordmark represented by the Geaux Font - to me it looks updated without being a departure from the brand.
I'm glad they brought back "Sailor Mike" and I also like the "stalking tiger" profile logo which is making some appearances now. The '90's LSU block with the slanted script Tigers under it is truly an abomination which happens to also represent the low water mark for the FB program. For a frame of reference I was at LSU in the mid to late 80's and a fan since the 70's, so I've seen a good bit of evolution.

I love the 1955 retro version. The Tiger looks like he's drunk.
