I'll believe it when he actually gets arrested. There have been reports that he would be arrested every day since Monday.

apparently, video evidence and witnesses confirm he didn't

He can commit criminal actions without actually starting the fight. Surely people understand "who started it" isn't the only thing that matters.

I still don't understand the local media wanting this to be bad for LSU and constantly reporting rumors that shed a bad light on the situation for LSU.

They are finally doing their job and holding people accountable---not acting as a PR firm for the Football team.
Man I hope that is sarcasm. Otherwise, please explain how reporting every rumor that surfaces is better?

They must have physical evidence to match the eyewitness testimony.

WWL seems to want something bad to happen to LSU with their idiot hosts.

That idiot Big Deke or whatever, don't let him fool you, he does not like LSU one bit. Sure, his job at 870 involves a pre or post game show for LSU games since 870 carries them. But as I've listened over the months and years this guy does not like us one bit.

Its going down.

BRPD has their man by Saturday. Had Fisher not getten into the case this would have been done sooner.

Personally, I feel much safer now knowing that if I happen to get into a bar fight, the cops will exhaust many resources and man hours to solve the crime. Just looking at Don Stone makes me feel safer...

Good. Maybe if he's arrested he'll be dismissed from the team and they can move on. All he's done is greatly contribute to the negative perception of LSU (not just football) The great honor and privilege of leading the LSU Tigers should no longer be entrusted to him if he is arrested.

It will be a disgrace to everyone on the team if his actions are allowed to bring down a group of young men with a real shot at a national championship.

Jordan: If you're guilty..and if you're a man...ADMIT IT! Don't bring down the whole team for your own selfish reasons. They'll be fine without you! Let them move on

Like a lot have said on here...it's about the kick in the head. Must be evidence linking JJ to that...unless this is just another false alarm.

This is definitely true.

That said, I'd imagine most reasonable people (including the DA/police/public/etc) will take into account the event(s) that led up to the fight.

Will he still get in trouble if he kicked someone on the ground? Sure, but it won't be as bad as some have speculated. It'll be plead down to a misdemeanor IMO.
