Virginia Tech in 2007 was definitely the last time.

Wow!!! You're right! I DID ask when was the LAST TIME... And, guess what MORON?!?!?!?! BAMA was the last time I felt that way...which was in fact AFTER the AU GAME!!! So, instead of pulling bits and pieces of information out of context to try to prove your retarded points as you always do, please read EVERY post before you bring your moronic

Last game I would say is the Alabama game. I was pissed we lost, but we had several players go down with injures. I dare say if PP, JJ and CS were not injured, we would have won.

For those of you that said VT in '07 - this is your problem. If the standard is to destroy a top 10 program, you're going to be very disappointed - a lot.
Auburn '09 is the last time we looked dominant, but there were a couple of solid games last year (including the loss to Bama). Overall, obviously, the problem has been the offense after '07. If you can't put up solid offensive performances, it's hard to walk away thinking you've got a solid team.
There are real reasons to be disappointed with Saturday's performance, but we opened on the road (-ish) against a top 25 team. Even with the 12-15 players missing, this was still a pretty good opponent.
We'll know about this team soon enough, but do we need to keep being our own worst enemy?
We're all very concerned that the trend of '08-'09 is continuing, even the most positive of us.

the point I am trying to make is the fact that I have only been able to say for 3, maybe 4 games in the last 3 seasons that we actually played well and put a full 60 minutes together...and, that, my friend, is sad
Most of the games we won were gut-wrenching last minuite victories, with the outcome in doubt to the very end. Remember Miss. St. last year? Even La. Tech played us close last year, & once again, last week, game came down to the last play. We sure are due for a dominant performance...
