Canada seems to move around a lot. Could that be because he cant take direction?
Isnt this his 6th stop in 8 years?

I feel like I just went through this.

He's leaving because O needed a scapegoat. I don't fault him for these last two moves.
No, he's not a scapegoat you moron. Hell, O won 9 games last year, instead of the 4 you lunatics said he would win at most.
Canada was fired because he became a cancer on the coaching staff. That's the reason.

had to deal with offensive meddling from HC Ed Orgeron.
Maybe, If offense was top 10 this never happens.

Would you like to make a wager that I never once said that?

Maybe we should get rid of the genius that brought that cancer here in the first place. Whomever that person is clearly can't evaluate potential hires well.

Hey Canada you don’t want the coach to meddle then try scoring more than 7 points on MS STATE. that being said I would’ve liked to have had him back this year to see what he could do with Brennan. But he ruined that.

I think he's probably on the wrong side of the a-hole to good coach ratio. If the scapegoat angle has any merit, it's still odd that the guy who moves around a lot was the one chosen.
He was out the door before what would have been our 10th win of the season. If he had his head and heart in his current job, I'm not sure a scapegoat is needed for a 10 win team with a new coaching staff and relatively young players.

They probably actually searched for one.
If O and Aranda had already decided even before Canada was fired that they would make Ensminger the next OC, then why have a damn search, you dummy?
Indeed, in the press conference immediately following the A&M game O said his next OC would be Steve Ensminger. Didn't you believe him? You thought he was a liar. He said what he was going to do and did what he said he would do. Yet you fault him for not having a search? Give me a freaking break! What planet do you moonbats live on?

How’s that 40 time coming along, DP?? It would be trip if you fall along the way.

Too bad he didn't do that with his "we'll hire the best coordinators and let them coach" speech.

Why would we? Dude is a proven liar.

I love how this is the new narrative. ARANDA wants Ensminger!!
Gives it credibility upfront, and O another out if it doesn’t work out

Because you are about to hire Steve fricking Ensminger as your OC...you go out and look for someone better you fricking moron, not just promote the TE coach who you had to pretty much make him take the job and then try to pass it off like you just hired the best offensive mind in college football.
and i love how you threw Aranda in there to make it look like this wasnt all on 0

And what's funny is there are still a bunch of people that will totally accept that excuse if/when we fail to meet expectations next year. (of course, those same people are already citing the "brutal" schedule as an excuse to lose 4+ games, so maybe we will meet the expectations)

I just copy and pasted and quoted you, moron. Go read my post again. Damn you're dumb.

Okay, 1, 2, 3, let's all fault O because he doesn't have a crystal ball and because he can't predict the future. One would think that a person serving in the capacity of an offensive coordinator would have learned how to work and get along with other people a long time ago.

Again, this wasn't a new development. Why did O hire him knowing his track record?

Being that Canada did have a history of similar issues, you would admit that O made a very bad hire in his first true test....no?

It's like Sonny "youknow" Shipp said yesterday, "O didn't even put a hook out there. He knew who he wanted, and will live or die with the Ensminger hire."
O is doing what any head coach would do.
Let's just see what happens. When they win 9 or 10 games, or possibly do even better, the Rant will still want the whole bunch fired.
If it's a total bust, clean house from the top down.

In O and Aranda's mind, they did. O and Aranda consider Ensminger to be a better play caller than Canada, and for the most part, O did let Canada coach. But only retards believe that a head coach isn't going to be a head coach.
If head coaches let the coordinators do whatever the hell they want, then why even have a damn head coach in the first place? Give me a break, some of you lunatics are beyond dumb.
Every head coach is going to have input because after all, it's his damn team and his damn job that is at stake. Only a moron would fault a head coach for doing his damn job.
