Have to make a Brad Stephens tell you know in my opinion. Make a crazy offer and force him to say that he would rather make less at Butler.
If we were willing to throw money at the softball coach(won't went back to Bama) and Caldwell then we should be willing to do it for this hire as well.

good call on byrd, heck of a coach. just seems more like a guy content to wait for the right job. i'd take marshall any day of the week. i know he wanted that tennessee job.

I was just trying to throw out realistic candidates. I think Majerus would take the LSU job in a heartbeat, but idk how long he could actually keep coaching. Byrd would be my top choice out of those three.
