I responded to your last post, and then I saw this
quote:

So you really think if you bore a woman enough and she falls asleep then she is consenting to you having sex?

and then realized what I was dealing with. Of course its sarcasm.

how exactly did he screw up his career?

He has no career! He is a bum. Former college athlete that did not live up to his potential and unemployed camp body who spent his minor signing bonus is not a career.

My experience with him has been pleasant...I liked him as a running back before he started sucking. But that does not mean in 2011...he is innocent or guilty.

Just because he played for LSU I am not going to call some 18 year old a lying slut...I mean whore like you did.

Scott has not made the best decisions with his life...so I am not going to be surprised if he didn't make the right decisions with his little scott.

wow. Let's see where to begin.

1. Is he currently unemployed?

2. Are you a talent evaluator by trade, or just on TD?

3. How does his bank account look?

4. When did he start sucking as a RB?

5. When I used the word whore, it was a hypothetical situation in response to your "persoanl experience"

6. Again, I do not know where you can get off by saying "Scott has not made the best decisions with his life". What are you referring to as a bad decision?

Probably after being arrested. But I can tell you this...he is not working as a NFL running back, special teamer, or practice squad.

If you want to count delivering pizza's...then I am probably wrong.

2. Are you a talent evaluator by trade, or just on TD?

Neither...just someone smart enough to know he did not make it through camp with the Eagles...and when traded to Arizona..he got cut immediately. And has not done much since.

quote:

3. How does his bank account look?

Not good! Neither does mine. That's all I can say about that.

quote:

4. When did he start sucking as a RB?

Either 09 or 10...In 09 his rushing yards were cut in half and in 10...he did not play...So if it was not his SR year at LSU...then it had to be his few weeks in camp.

quote:

5. When I used the word whore, it was a hypothetical situation in response to your "persoanl experience"

I don't care how you used it...it was an inappropriate use. You know nothing about the situation. (Unless you were there...if so...do tell)

Arrested for rape...being broke...unemployed! Does it get worse than that outside of Happy Valley?

thats the difference between simple rape and complex rape

Without knowing the facts, its a very serious thing to ruin a man's reputation and possibly life with the charge of rape because you were too drunk to be able to either say no or remember what the hell happened.

To me its got to be very difficult to prove something like simple rape because by the definition of simple rape, the victim is not lucid. Unless there are some serious bruises and maybe some witness accounts, its her word versus his.

Not to mention the victim blaming...Look at this thread...there are NO details about this case and almost everyone is giving Scott the benefit of the doubt...Yet no one is giving Sandusky the benefit of the doubt. Hell...Sandusky might be found no guilty yet Joe Pa is out of a job.

Of course it is hard to prove...that is why out of ever 1000 rapes...100 are reported...10 go to trial...and 1 person is convicted! FACT!

Despite the obvious contradictions of your stance on this issue ("you know nothing about this issue" = you know nothing about Charles Scott)

quote:

Probably after being arrested. But I can tell you this...he is not working as a NFL running back, special teamer, or practice squad.

Being on an NFL is the constant measure of success in life. He must look goofy delivering pizzas in his mercedes.

That doesn't take smarts, that takes a google search. What you need to address is how is potential was not reached. How many RB's drafted in the sixth round are still on teams after two years, or more so how many players are successful at their transition to a new position from college to the nfl (he played FB in the NFL).

quote:

Not good! Neither does mine. That's all I can say about that.

You don't know this at all. Well other than how bad yours may look

quote:

Either 09 or 10...In 09 his rushing yards were cut in half and in 10...he did not play...So if it was not his SR year at LSU...then it had to be his few weeks in camp.

His stats support he is one of the best RB's in LSU's history. There was not a single person on the 2009 offense that had a good year, cause the offense sucked and he also got hurt that year. Incredible Junior season. Saying a player sucks because he has never played in an NFL regular season game is a bit unrealistic. You sucked when you got cut from freshmen football. thats realistic.

quote:

I don't care how you used it...it was an inappropriate use. You know nothing about the situation. (Unless you were there...if so...do tell)

STFU and get off your high horse. "So IF my personal experience makes me think they girl is a liar and whore who is setting him up for some sick reason, would that make it correct?" Hypothetical, I'm not calling anyone a whore.

quote:

Arrested for rape...being broke...unemployed!

Arrested for rape... I asked for something prior to this incident. You failed at that.

Being Broke... can't see his bank account, but I can see his house on google earth and his mercedes when he is driving it. Kind of points to the opposite.

Unemployed.... you have no clue about this either.

Do you know what "benefit of doubt" means? Shouldn't I have equal amount of doubt that he is innocent and that he is guilty. I don't know what he is, but I'm not going to call him a rapist yet.

For a fact that is some really clean numbers. I guess thats how you can remember that fact so easily.

I guess that the 18 year old was not impressed with his National Championship ring, nor the fact that he could hit the hole very fast and score.

Must be the bad 5 year cycle for recycled athletes.
