No one will ever hire him to a major head coaching job again. But a DL/recruiting guy/hype man? Definitely.

And those jobs pay a shite load these days.

Well he didn’t really hire Ensminger. I give him credit for putting him at Oc when he was desperate for someone he could get along with after the Canada disaster. Every coordinator he actually hired was trash.
