I would love to have him in purple and gold. He's a great ambassador for the Gators and college football.
The only thing that annoys me is that I'm not crazy about athletes always "giving glory to God and Jesus" - like God cares how Tebow throws a football. I never hear anybody blaming God and Jesus when they lose. "We would've won if it weren't for God and Jesus!"
If anybody gets a license to invoke it though, I'll give Tebow a pass. He and his family have put their money where their mouth is.

Hasn't lost many games either has he?
Hate him as a Gator, Like him as a QB and person on and off the field. The guy is a winner.

I still cannot stand Tebow, I thought the OM speech was the most self-righteous crap I have ever seen in my entire life. The entire speech was me, me, me. Someone remind him he's on a team and the team lost the game, not Tebow. Take away Harvin, Demps, Rainy, etc. and take him out of that system (same one that produced Alex Smith, and that worked out at the next level) and he's probably an average QB who makes some highlight reels because he is built like a Fullback.
By the way I sure hope "wizziko" is a female poster b/c any dude who has a picture of Tebow shirtless as his avatar has some issues.

If you watch the whole speech it was press conference after the game. Not something he set up. Also, if you watch the whole thing, notice he says, "To the fans, I'm sorry, I'm very sorry"
The message was to the gator fans.
I'm sorry, but that is as good as it gets. You all bitch because miles doesn't own up to his mistakes, but when a player does it, some of you call it grandstanding.
