You’re deflecting. We’re talking about his overall performance.

Tell me about his success at two schools that aren’t even close to being considered good football programs and how high he peaked with him as the head coach.

It's gonna be crazy thinking about Orgeron, Saban, Kiffin, Leach and Jimbo all in the same division of the same conference. Wow.

The guy won 43 games in the last 5 seasons at WSU. Before this season, he didn’t win less than 8. Are you even aware of the history of the Wazzu program?

Leach was 6-7 this year. He was 6-6 then lost his bowl game to Air Force. Leach's record in 8 years at Wazzu was 55-47. If you are impressed by that then you are easly impressed.

Let the two Mississippi schools fight it out for the egg bowl...like it matters.

He was 11-2 the year before that. Since we’re picking and choosing lone, specific seasons.

You Mike Leach fans are very selective in your analysis. So you want a coach who has been a roller-coaster in his entire career? The fact is that Mike Leach had EIGHT YEARS at Washington State against weak competition in the PAC12 and had a record of 55-47. Last season Mike Leach was 6-6 and lost his bowl game to finish 6-7. Oddly enough that is the IDENTICAL RECORD Morehead had at Mississippi State. They swapped 1 coach with a 6-7 record for another. You can spin this anyway you want but Leach is just another mediocre hire.

This has been your whole argument the entire time.

That, his record at Wazzu. Where you conventionally ignore the fact that he has the highest winning percentage in any coach in their history there. But yet you ignore their football history.

You’re completely oblivious.

Well yeah. I talk about Leach at Wazzu because THAT IS WHERE HE COACHED FOR 8 DAMN YEARS. His 8 year record at any school is more relevant than any single season. You harp on Leach going 11-2 in 2018 and I pointed out he was 6-7 in 2019. Then I also stated his mediocre 8 year record at Wazzu which was 55-47.

You can love the man I don't give a schit but to act like Leach is some fantastic coach is a joke. He was coaching in a crappy conference and still was 55-47. That is a fact.

Leach is now at State and is going to have to compete against much tougher competition. He will be just the next mediocre coach at a mediocre program.
Period.
