you have absolutely NO role in "pushing them to victory". I promise you, you are NOT that important.

You must be a pretty mean spirited person. Sorry for you.

And btw I have no delusion of self importance. I do feel the sum of people who feel like me are what has kept Tiger Stadium to some semblance of what it once was. you obviously don't care about the mystique of Death Valley!

I noticed a few people didn't have any jackets to keep warm against that wind. Maybe that was part of it.
That's what my bother said. Temps didn't seem low enough to justify. Jacket and he froze his nuts off. He stayed until the Loston interception, but he said he understood those who left early last night. And he's normally tough on early leavers.

Those two sentences are in complete opposition to each other.
"I'm not important, but I am part of the group that has kept Tiger Stadium awesome."

So you really don't get the concept that one person may not be important individually but as part of a group that group can be important?

And it wasnt cold at all. Actually it got cooler once every one piled out. I started to feel the wind then. Other than that it was fricking amazing weather.

Who gives a frick? They paid their money and can do what they want. If they walk in before pregame, take a shite, buy a coke a leave before the band comes out so what? I'm tired of these threads. Half the people that start them never had season tickets.

Never didn't understand that concept. You just said it in a really dumb way.

Crowd in attendance at 4th qtr is irrelevant.
Commentators were pointing it out with about 10 minutes left in the 3rd.

I like it. Aside from being all for people choosing to experience the game in any way they see fit with their hard-earned dollars (including burning their tickets, if they so choose), I think it actually shows support of the team.
What better way to stick to it an SEC opponent than to use your feet to acknowledge that the game is over in the 3rd quarter, and they have no chance of coming back?
It said to MSU:
Your repellant play and revolting uniforms and inbred fans are like an emetic, and I have to leave unless you want me to spew my innards and cheap keg beer all over the lovely family in front of me.
You don't have a prayer of winning, and you and I both know it. I'm going to avert my eyes from your play, SEC opponent, lest your suck pull my eyeballs right of their cavities.
It's a wonder I came out at all to watch you. You play like a bunch of glitter-covered dog turds in a rock tumbler.

Why even go to the games then?!!!! I get that you have young tired kids, I have two young boys that would be tired and cranky too in those circumstances but it sounds like you planned poorly. Here's a suggestion: give your tickets to fans that care more about the game than all the other stuff, you can go to all the parades and parties and tailgates you want and our team will be supported by real fans when they need it.
