Don't think so hard you will hurt yourself. If cam can't develop them who can?

Hey dip shite, I said it is outdated and if you can't see it you are football dumb as hell. The offense this year was a mix of what Stud and Miles were running before Cam. They did not want to change everything and confuse the frick out the players who had been running it for 4 years. And that is understandable. Now listen up I don't think you understad where I am coming from. I didn't say become a fricking spread team. I mean open up the offense more and quit running out of buch formations all of the time. And throw the fricking ball inside the 10 yard line. It doesn't take alot to become less conservative with the offense he is already running.

I'm a lot more worried about the future mental health for 70% of our fan base.

On second thought, no I'm not.

I give, you win. I am stopping now because when someone argues with an idiot too long it becomes hard to tell who the idiot is. I will let you go back to your village with that title. :rotflmao:

Brother you preaching! These people on here just don't understand why LSU should ever lose any games even if the other teams have good players and good coaches too. They don't understand that we as LSU are entititled to win EVERY game. It is our destiney and the coaches keep blowing it. OH wait I'm starting to sound like I wear Crimson to the games. Sorry I got lost there.

LSU is in trouble next year because (should still win 10)
- breaking in a new QB, no matter if Harris, Jennings, or Rettig
- losing our best OL
- losing out best RB (LF helps ease this but until he steps on field against collge kids he is a wild card)
- losing our two best and dynamic receivers

So LSU will be asking whatever QB wins the battle to do a lot and as we saw in defense this year it takes a unit awhile to click with a mass exodus of quality players.

I agree. We should still win 9 or 10 games but will be another non-banner year. (i.e. no titles, no championship).

Not being able to hit a home run with a QB is pissing alot of people off. Also running a offense stuck in 70s. It's time for him to update the fricking play book, but I'm afraid he is too damn stubborn to do it.

Jesus. This post is so ridiculous I don't know where to start. I guess I'll start with the first sentence. Was Mett not a home run at QB? He was only one of the best in LSU history.

We just got a commit from the #1 player in the country. Granted we missed out on a few in-state guys, but the in state talent was incredible this year.

Jennings didnt look great, mainly because they didnt want to install a whole new offensive scheme for 1 game. I think next year, we'll see more roll-out pass/run option plays that will spark the offense....hopefully.

And McCarron just played his last game and Bama has now lost 2 in a row.

Right I get that, what I mean is the masses here want to see a Winston type right out the gate. And they are shell shocked by years of JJ, so as soon as a true freshmen has a bad game they go nuts.

Losing ZM hurts more than OBjr and Landry.
If we don't have a qb that can get them the ball, they are pretty useless.

We need a qb to develop.
After watching OU qb last night, it's not asking to much for us to expect more from this position than we saw vs Iowa.

Well, we do have some dumb frick fans.. Like that QB guru earlier in this thread who decided that one bowl game in shitty conditions against a top 10 defense was all he needed to see to determine that our true freshman with 12 practices under his belt is the next JJ.

Again, who is to say Jennings won't be that good once he has another year under his belt like that OU kid?

I'm not saying that he wont be good.
I'm simply saying there is nothing wrong with us as fans expecting more from this position than we saw.
This being young excuse is that, an excuse.

Nothing wrong with expecting more. But a lot of our "fans" are already writing him off.
