LSU didn't lose CRob because of Stud.

They lost him because Saban is Saban, and Miles is Miles.

Top candidates for the replacement? Hopefully, we will get a home run hire.

Juluke to coach TE? There was some talk between Juluke and LSU several weeks ago. I was under the impression they were trying to figure out a position for him.

Would definately help with recruiting.

Maybe Collins and Turner will return to get some actual coaching.

in the same sentence the word i got was stud leaving may very well result in both staying.

don't know if it's related but maybe. same word has Hill staying as well.

Don't understand love affair for Mawae as a coach. He was a great ambassador for LSU, but I want a tenured coach with NFL experience who can develop these kids into well oiled steamrollers.

Wouldn't be shocked. He would be a good guy to groom to take over Frank Wilson's duties when he eventually gets a OC or HC job.

BilJ,

I've heard first hand from multiple former O-linemen at Lsu how much they didn't like stud and thought he was a sloppy idiot..

This firing of stud should tell everyone just how bad things got.

Look at Saban's last couple years of putting Olineman in the NFL. And compare it to Mile's putting Olineman in the NFL. The numbers speak for themselves.

This should be the 1st line in the job description.
