I’m sure a football team of mostly African Americans will love playing for a guy who’s said some pretty racist stuff. Usually goes over well with the locker room.

I don't think Urban is a long-term fix, based on his track record I think would right the ship quickly, and when he is ready to retire again in 5 years we would be in much better shape than we are at present.
If we can get him, I'd definitely take him.
