I'm glad to see he's done well in 2 preseason games, but let's not kid ourselves yet. There's still a long way to go before we can say Hester is a good NFL player.

Hester is one of my all time favorite Tigers. I'll miss him this year, but I hope he has a long and successful career in the pros. Last year would not have been possible without him.

During the Florida game this year my brother and I were texting back and forth. I was watching the game on the Parade Grounds, he at home in Houston. After what seemed like the 15th straight successful 4th down run by Hester, my brother texted "Hester is a football god."

Before the draft I thought that Hester would not get the respect he deserved. I was pretty sure, and still am, that he'll be a respected player in the NFL for a long time. Barring injury, of course. The guy is a great player and a great guy.
