I am surprised tbh like everyone is. My outlook may have changed some. Didn't ever believed(no one did including you) they would give up 40 to Vandy. On the flip side of that coin, now Vandy poses a real threat to beat us also.
I want LSU to win. I just believed Bama was better until I watched them get destroyed on defense by Vandy. However, we have our own demons esp on defense. I guess the score will be 50-49?

Quite a few LSU fans (including this one) agree a warm-up game to start the season would likely help - Perhaps we'll see it in the next couple seasons but I wouldn't bank on it
On the other hand it's absolutely FRICKING EMBARRASING for a $10M/year coach to not have his team ready for a huge marquee nationally-televised game for 3 fricking years in a row - Year one okay but 3 in a row? - FFS
to be clear - I don't expect another game 1 failure if we retain the current coaching staff / we're going the right direction
