would have been an interesting argument in a courtroom. LSU not fighting this contract based on several issues, and incompetence and lack of effort could certainly be argued with considerable evidence. I think LSU should have fought for at least 25 million

Ask our DLinemen from last years game how good he is or isn't. Players know
So you thought we would figure out a way to lose also.
Sometimes a loss, an ugly loss, is what catapults a team to make a waaay overdue change. Maybe that shot, that non call by the referee, those missed FT's, that loss is what was necessary for LSU to make the inevitable change.....sooner.

or maybe he will not even suit up for Clemson....none of us know for sure. His particular injury is, unfortunately, more prone for reinjury than most. We all have hopes, but none of us know.

HL for me, I just hope he is as good as I have him envisioned to be :nana:

I have a hunch he is going to be an early star for LSU

Don't we have one shaped like him or did he go back to Texas.
It would be nice to have both of them over the center on push/push situations
Hard to move.

Brown/Anderson tie as freshmen recruits.
Longstreet as possibly the next superstar at LSU.

yep, I think we will ultimately miss both of them and they will show out at OSU.

has Delane chosen a transfer school yet
King actually played well .......the only player that did imo

triple it and just take it from MBB. LSU will never be a legitimate title contender....no one takes LSU basketball seriously......anywhere.
re: I’d take Longstreet over Leavitt all day

I agree with you, and who knows, HL may just zoom past Leavitt while Leavitt is watching. the upside of HL is really high, and I just hope we at LSU get to see and enjoy his rise to fame.
re: Coaching was fine. Players are atrouciously ignorant of basketball IQ and awareness.
Posted by QB on 1/15/26 at 9:33 am to ChatGPT of LA
who do you think is responsibile for teaching basketball IQ? the same teams win every year....why because they have a coach that can teach basketball.....every phase of basketball....our team displays every littel knowledge of anything about winning basketball. One of the tell tale signs of an uncoached team is how well they get the ball in bounds and LSU has more trouble doing that than any team I have ever seen. It is not a new thing at LSU .....all our coaches have struggled with this basic.
LSU literally has no offensive approach . They dribble outside the arc and very few real screens are set to free anybody, and there is almost no anticipation to throw a pass or receive a pass from any player. This is the foundation of excellent offensive basketball, and LSU has none of it.

I had no idea he had that long a contract and at that pay scale. Woody really like throwing around LSU money.
That contract is right up there with BK quality.

They are certainly back in the 2nd half...blowing an 18 pt lead. So bad
this is as ugly as WBB.
