But I honestly think its more of an act because he always seems relatively humble and mature in his interviews and he has had positive mentors such as PP7 and MC17 to learn from.

Sounds like gudda gudda. Wasn't bad. Rappers are just artist who express themselves or tell the stories of the people that they grew up around over beats. Just like country artist talk about losing dogs and wives.
With that said, I don't think it's a good idea right now because of the image you give as a student athlete can come back to bite you in the a$$ on draft day.
