It could be that the comparables they were using were the “asking” prices. They know the asking price is not typically the sale price; and made an adjustment.

$15K for a new roof??? What 3rd world country are you living in? Try doubling that. These Roofing Contractors with teams of 20 year old sales people driving around in $80K F-250s can’t pay their overhead much less make a dime profit on $15K roofs. LOL!

I grew up on Walter Cronkite and Dan Rather. Both, in the early days, were must watch for me. Dan Rather, as he became more and more engrossed in himself and corporate MSM, obviously ruined it and Pelley and O’Donnell ratcheted up the deceipt.

My 2022 Silverado uses the Dexos OW-20. At about 50K miles I started getting an “Add Engine Oil” light. I add a quart and it comes back on about every 5K miles. I asked the Chevy technician and he said that’s normal for the Silverado. WTF!?!
