You act like LSU will play PERFECT every night. Just won’t happen. Never happens at any program. Arkansas has been on a little skid. Like will wade said in the press conference after the game. Arkansas will play better the next time they play and it’ll be a much closer game.

Arkansas missed some open 3s in the first half that could’ve changed the dynamic of the game

LSU is gonna lose 6-10 more games. I said LSU would finish 21-10 and that’s me being optimistic. Don’t think I’m gonna go jump off a ledge if they lose games I’ve predicted them to lose.

And idk about who honestly knows more bball but what you said earlier was just blasphemous

Even during Arkansas's "skid" they scored 75+ points. Their offense wasn't the issue. LSU put up a very impressive defensive gameplan to stop Arkansas. While I don't think we are winning out or anything I just don't understand why you can't give credit where it's due.

Winning in conference on the road is a very daunting task. The fact that LSU has done it against two teams picked to finish the conference in the top 4 should be praised and appreciated for what it is.

You realize that when #20 and #31 were taking three's thats exactly what LSU wanted? They shoot 31% and 32% on the year. That equates to less than 1 point per possession, so you allow it. It's the entire mantra of what LSU has tried to do defensively lately.

Since Arkansas joined the SEC in the early 90's they've only had 2 home SEC losses worse than the beat down we put on them.

I admit that I fully thought LSU would be 0-3 in SEC play after UK (home), A&M (road) and Arkansas (road). The fact that they are 2-1 means they have started off better than everyone's best-case scenario.

Those were 3 very solid games with the most recent game being the most impressive.

I am really enjoying watching the Tigers play some good ball again! WW is doing a terrific job teaching, coaching, and putting together some good game plans. These guys don't quit! I was at A&M game and was shocked at how well they played (first time seeing them). Great to see the PMAC full vs. Kentucky too. I was at LSU during the Rudy Macklin days of 78-81, and that place can really rock. Get out there for Saturday against the Gumps and raise hell for me!!!

I think my original post is being misinterpreted dude to lack of full explanation. I believe that LSU is a good team. I even believe that they are a tournament team and will finish 21-10. However, I think people are a little too high on them. They still have a lot of work to do. Something they proved last night with their much improved defense. Arkansas doesn’t have the talent that Florida and Kentucky do. Even if they aren’t the greatest scoring team in the SEC, they are very good teams that play excellent basketball and have great coaches. I believe LSU basketball will be in the talk for final four in a couple years as long as will wade stays. But not yet. They still need to mature more and more firmly establish the culture that will wade has brought. All great teams have a definite culture and team identity.
