He showed up at a suite in October for Saints game against NY, was there because of Dart. My buddies there said he was very cool and great to hang out with.

The guy we want as our head coach is the one who wins a lot at our level of expectations. None of the other stuff matters in the end. If you win enough, people will be glad to justify damn near any kind of personality flaws or quirks. And the fan base will look at those quirks/flaws in a positive light even. If you lose, everything that was seen in a positive light goes out of the window.
Lane is a great offensive mind and his finest coaching was done at Ole Miss. Hopefully he will continue that here and be the guy we want.

I came across this post as a screenshot on X and wanted to confirm the post to backup the OP, although as y’all can see I’ve been on here from time to time.
I’ve met Kiffin through being a HS Coach and everything here about Kiffin socially is on point (2,4 and the bottom part about emotion). Y’all can choose to believe me or not. Heck of a Coach though!
Edit: Also seen some say he avoids eye contact, yes this is true.
