college football won't be the same when he is gone. Him putting on the headgear every Saturday morning helps everyone get pumped up for football that day.

ill never forget the time i met him in alabama in '05. me and a buddy were the only two lsu fans at the gameday set at 5:30 sat morning. corso walked out and when he saw us he came straight to us. the 500 or so gumps waiting in line started booing and cursing him. he walked up to us, shook our hands and said, "yall see those alabama fans over there, theyre all a bunch of fricking pussies"

If I go out to tailgate early, I will always find a TV if ours aren't going, just to catch donning of the headgear. Great memories-I have to admit I watched it twice and

I agree with you man. That guy's been through a bunch of stuff. It took everything he had to stand there and thank everyone. But his emotions took over, and it was very touching. He held it together way better than I ever could if I went through everything he's gone through.
I have a lot of respect for the guy.
