The SEC is just going through a transition period right now. You’ve got Jimbo, Mullen, Pruitt, Moorhead and Morris all going into their second seasons. But besides Mullen and Jimbo there are a lot of questions out there with the new crop. Moorhead was the biggest bust in the league last season, Pruitt looks like he knows what he’s doing between the lines but can he get the horses and Morris is kinda in the same stage as Pruitt. So, right now, besides Alabama and UGA there are no heavyweights in the SEC. LSU still hasn’t gotten back to contending after almost a decade, Stopps has Kentucky about as far as they can go most likely, Ole Miss is done for now and I’m not even gonna start on Gus and Auburn. I think Florida is there, Mullen is one of the best in the league and once his QB is in place they’re set but besides that program as a conference we’re in wait and see mode on about 6 teams. The SEC right now is the weakest it’s been in the modern era and that’s just a fact.

In addition, the sixth and seventh teams in the sec, played two power 5 teams, winning by 40 and 50 points.

lol with every post you prove just how ignorant you are when it comes to football. You disqualify head to head records, records vs power 5 schools, post season records, titles, playoff games and any other fact posted but your response is always post season opinion polls and made up stats that are never correct. Like when you lied and said the only reason Oklahoma moved the ball vs Alabama was because Bama was up by 50 in the first half lmfao. Tell me how many banners have you seen in your time that say #6 team in any given year? How many titles and trophies do post-season 10th ranked teams take home? How many teams ranked 6th after the year is over are in position to make a run at a title? You’re simply the most ignorant and hypocritical person since Buckeye graced us with his disease.

I ignore him 99% of the time but he’s obsessed and can’t keep my name out of his mouth. He’s a punk he’s done nothing but attack people since his first post. He doesn’t know anything so all he does is talk shite. Mctigers and I don’t often get along but do you see us insulting each other in this thread? No because we’re not little gossip girls like that zero. That little worm deserves much worse.

Link to where I said that? I disagree with that part. Once again, the only things I really agree with Madking on are you and Dirty Jeaux. I do think MK is more of an a-hole about it than he needs to be. But, I agree with his opinion on the matter. Neither of you have ever really been a dick to me so I try to respond the same way. It's all in good fun to me. We all want LSU to win as many games as possible. At the end of the day, that's the most important thing here.

IMO once the TV experience got as good or better than most of the stadium experiences, other schools have started to invest more and recruiting has seen a little more parity. Everyone is on TV now and schools can sell that to kids that want to play right away. SEC is still king, but everyone else seems to be finding ways to challenge that. That's just my opinion on the matter. I could be dead wrong.
