I don't think you can replace a noun with an adjective and have it still makes sense. It's a moot point anyway. The official NCAA term is "Administrative Intern" as per Moscona's tweet.

All of the recruits that Haley and Chavis tried to get here in TN stayed in TN as soon as they heard Chavis was leaving.
