. This is an insult to both that makes you look like an idiot. Lee didnt suck by any means, he has great potential but just isnt ready( now personally im a Jefferson fan, but only because he has shown me more and I think he is the better QB). And why dwell on the future and how its gonna be a little rough, when you could just think of now when we a the best in the SEC and its a good time to be a Tiger.

I don't know. But I doubt it. Even if he isn't guilty it's tarnished his reputation forever to the point that they probably wouldn't let him back in.

We will almost certainly struggle next year, even IMHO, if we land a decent post recruit in the late signing period.
However, I do to this point like what I see of
Trent's character, leadership and integrity and he has put forth a good first impression.
Recruiting will ultimately make or break him and time will tell if he can do that consistently well here.
I for one hope he does.

Is this a serious qtn? Are you honestly comparing Trent Johnson to Jarrett Lee? Look, Johnson will be successful. He will build LSU into a powerhouse. Maybe next yr. LSU will slip somewhat but LSU will be good under Johnson. I don't understand how it can be rationally thought that Lee is like Johnson.

In hindsight I should have compared him to Smoke Laval. He won with Skip Bertman's players for a few years then sucked. I suffered from being temporarily brain dead
