I just canceled suddenlink. Doesn’t solve my issue tonight but sure made me feel better after arguing with them

If you have Hulu Live you have to sign in with the ESPN app

How do you change service providers on the app? I keep hitting manage providers or whatever in settings and it keeps sending me to the old one to log in.

You could just go and download the youtubetv app and then link it to your ESPN app

Go to the gear in the top right and click the change provider, sign out, then reactivate it and choose YouTube tv at the bottom oof the provider select screen
