Keep the pressure on young lads
I'm honestly surprised that there's this much enthusiasm.
Wade encouraged this I suppose.
Please God let's strike NOW before LSU basketball is done for another 20 years.

I am neutral on Wade coming back but yeah, McMahon needs to go NOW! I see the "attendance" listed but I know those are tickets sold. I think they listed one recent home game at 7800. Hopefully, there are no more than a couple of thousand really in the seats.

Showing empty seats on televised games is the best way to put pressure on a coach. It worked with Hallman where near the end besides losing most of the games, only ghosts were there watching them. People talk about LSU not needing the money so it isn't a big deal ticket wise. Well. being embarrassed on televised games due to lack of fan interest due to a shitty product works a lot better than people might think.

The coach doesn’t need pressure. He knows their W/L record. The pressure gets put on the administration to fire him, which I would assume will occur after the season.

People wanted Johnny Jones fired, but I don't remember there being this much enthusiasm for getting the basketball program back to where it ought it be back then. Will Wade gets credit for some of that new life for sure, but I also believe basketball fans are looking at what Lane Kiffin just did in the portal and are wanting to do some version of that even if it's to a lesser extent. A coach that can create momentum in the program to get the most of of boosters to compete for top players, and someone that we trust to at least not completely embarrass us against SEC competition.

I agree! When I said "put pressure on the coach" I meant put pressure to fire the coach. I should have said "put pressure on the AD" to make it clear. This will be an incredible shocker if a coach at LSU who has been there 4 years (just like Kelly) and has the program going in the WRONG direction is not discharged...see Brian Kelly. The only difference is football is far more important at LSU than basketball is. But the circumstances are exactly the same except Kelly's buyout was far greater than McMahon's would be. This is an obvious decision.

I disagree. There is more to everything really going on than the men's basketball coach.
