I'd forgotten Shephard was even on the team. Seriously. What's he caught, 3 passes this year?
Have no clue why skilled offensive players would want to play in this offense

If you had a team with 11 Hesters on the field, you would have a good team.

Who needs Shepard when we have JC copeland

I do wish we would throw to Shepard on some shallow crossing routes. He can scoot.

I disagree. Shepard = loss yardage

I have no idea what makes you say this, his pass catching, passing, early command of the offense?

He would put up numbers at Oregon. They'd teach him to catch and you can't teach the type of running ability he has.

Probably because Shepard is overrated.
You misspelled "misused." Not normally a stickler for spelling.
With almost 100 carries, he averages about 7 yards per. I would call that effective.

If they taught him to catch, I agree he could be a factor.
As we use him he is not. His hands are inconsistent which prevents confidence in using him in the passing game. His blocking is not comparable to our other backs so we do not use him for that. When we do put him in the game, he will touch the ball. Other teams know this which allows them to key on him. It affects his production.
Not entirely his fault, but he is not who we should run our offense through.
More Jeremy Hill please!!! Shep can block downfield and on the outside, he is a little small to be picking up blitzes.

Hester hates LSU and Les obviously

I would love to see Shep get the ball on the jet sweep with Ware at QB.
