I don't mind the whole helmet throwing and all that. If that's the way he handles it that's fine. But once he crosses the lines to go out on the field the next inning it better be a thing of the past.
And if his approach at the plate is where it needs to be (which with him and the rest of the guys Javi coaches) has never been that good then it's not that big of a deal.
Hell, guys handle failure differently. It's if they let it get in their heads and control them is where it screws them up.

Regardless of how any of you feel about the bat throwing and/or pouting, these are the facts.
Some players don't care, and some it will piss off and percieve it as being a pu$$.
Second, ALL coaches hate to see that. It's a game of failure and at this point you're a grown man. Plus it reflects negatively on the coach if he lets his players flip their shite in the dugout.

Young buck. He'll learn eventually about professionalism. For some it comes easier for others, the others will either be complete failures or survive long enough to master it.
