Basically, youre a fricking tard, that would most prob still make excuses for this situation/players, even if/when charges are brought.

See how that goes?

See how what goes? Your 10 pages of stupidity? At what point did I make any excuse regarding the stupid, idiotic, immature decisions made on that night? But at what point do I realize that this isn't the end of the world and I'm not going to support some equally immature poster on a message board trying to drum up support for the backup quarterback because his moral sensibilities are so connected to a fight at the bar and breaking curfew.

Neither jl nor jj played well last year! They had times when each of them were decent. Both did poorly in the spring game. Lee has had all kind of chances and has been very inconsistent. For the life of me I can't understand the obsession with lee. The 107 offense was jj and jl combined.

How much worse can Mett be? He spent a year in the Ga. System, played well in their spring game, and led his jucco team to the national ch game! He has poise!

Both Cam Newton And Ryan Mallett played their first year!

Let me help you understand something.

Jlee is next in line at qb.
There is a reasonably good chance JJ may not play vs orgepn.
Alot of people here arent fond of JLee.. I as a fan of LSU and JLEE feel the need to encourage support for this guy, being as he may be the one to lead this team.
You should re-evaluate yourself, come back with a fresh attitude and join the JLEE bandwagon.

FWIW,, breaking curfew means nothing to me.. our starting SR qb, allegedly kicking a guy in the head while he is on the ground however does though.

I'll support anybody at quarterback for LSU. And I don't need to drum up support for it on a message board because I stand on a moral high ground and have never done anything to constitute any type of reprimand.

The main difference between us is that you feel you deserve something as a result of these circumstances. As if the program, JJ, Miles, somebody owes you something. And I don't think I am owed anything.

Oh so now we're posting based upon pure speculation? Next time, tip me off that JJ is no longer on the team when I choose to post about his leadership on the team.

I didn't say he is off the team. It is a fact, and not speculation, that he will be questioned about his involvement in this incident.

What does this have to do with anything? "How do [I] proceed?" I sit back and let the coaches find out the information and make the call, because it's their job

Quit being a drama queen. The point of the question was obvious. But to be clear, I didn't mean to ask what action you are personally going to take on Jefferson's playing time/status with the team. I was asking what a coach would do in this situation.

Should they be reprimanded, yes

So you admit he should be reprimanded, but we're stupid fricks for discussing him being reprimanded?

Reprimanded could be running 30 hundreds or 30 stadiums. But people on this board act like they deserve some type of public spectacle because they have mere knowledge of these events.

He was very inconsistent go back watch Mcneese state
He played allot and did very poorly. He had a poor game against tenn . He made some plays at the end of the game but overall played poorly.

Watch any game he was inconsistent . At best we have become so used mediocre play.

He's extremely shaky in the pocket no confidence no poise

Mett should start both jj and jl were very inconsistent last year you forgett how bad they were

Has JL improved with tackling? I would feel better if he has been doing tackling drills

TLEE has stated that most fans do not like JL so he is behind him. If that is the case he should love JJ.

I don't know what it is about back up QB's at LSu but fans love them. Hodson was the best Qb I have seen at LSU yet Guidry got a lot of love.

I have to admit, saying it was combined, while partially true, is also a bit misleading in implying there was equal shared time.
LSU Total had 298 pass attempts by Jefferson and Lee. Of those 298, 209 were by #9 and 89 were by #12. Therefore Lee only accounts for around 30% of pass attempts. In terms of actual time played, I would suspect it was about this as well. So while yes Lee did play part, you can't really judge him off of 30% of the playing time, when he managed to throw more TD's then INTs, and held a 60.7% completion rate vs 56.5%, again while only having roughly a third of the opportunity.

I haven't seen anything about a public spectacle, but we do have some stupid people on this board.

My only point is this has become a huge story, and maybe that isn't fair, and JJ seems to have been more involved than others. It is my opinion that given the nature of the situation Miles will have to take some sort of action. Depending on what happens in the legal process I could see it being as serious as suspended indefinitely/dismissed or a minimum of being suspended for a certain period of time for even putting himself in this position to begin with.

Given that uncertainty, I have no issue with proceeding to prepare Lee as the starter against Oregon in two weeks. It would be different if this happened early in the Summer and the staff had 3 months to sort everything out, but it didn't and they don't.
