Compare JJ's comments to Lee's comments.
Jefferson
Lee
Lee takes responsibility where JJ thinks he played "pretty good".
Jefferson
quote:
"They're giving Jarrett the opportunity to go out there and make plays. I would be very surprised (if I'm not starting next week). My performance today was pretty good. I really didn't throw that many passes. It's just something we're going to take on to next week."
Lee
quote:
"When your opportunity comes,'' he said, "you have to make the most of it. On that interception I threw in the end zone, it was all my fault. I was going to Stevan (Ridley) and I threw it short, and the linebacker made a great play. I'm just glad Stevan got another chance at the end to put it in the end zone.''

I will be very surprised & pissed off if he does start.
Game Plan: Start JJ. JJ runs for 80+ TD, then sits for the rest of the game.

JJ started the game out well, he made a good read and even suprised UT when he pulled the ball and ran it, the first time this year. Then it went downhill. 3 completions to his own team and 2 to the other. Thats a good game?? Guess you have to look at the positives, could have been 3 completions to the other team.

JJ, in his head, thinks that HE is better than HIS STATS
The guy needs another cup of coffee.
This doesn't hurt

I just dont get why he doesnt own up to his mistakes..
If Im a player on his team I have a hard time respecting him.

It has been proven that JJ not only makes bad decisions on the field and should not be playing qb.
It is now proven he makes bad decisions in the media and should not be allowed to speak to them.
JJ is a joke.

Jesus the kid needs some sense beat into him.

JJ is AB - Aaron Brooks, without the stats. Maybe he can go the NFL as a Junior and start for the Raiders next year!

i clicked your link because i thought there is no way in hell he actually said that. i saw it and shite my pants
i need a clean pair of pants too...
thinks thats beyond denial...and thats what Miles gets for coddling him for so long...he beleives he earned the starting job when it was given to him by default...he never earned it and thats why no one on the team respects him...he was given the job because there was no one else...

thats an insult to Aaron Brooks, big time. At least that kid made some plays down the field.

He acts complacent as if the starting job can never be taken away from him, regardless of how badly he has played this year.

Im starting to believe he doesnt have the respect from the players.. Look at some of the WR's comments about Lee getting in the game.

I agree, the receivers clearly should have knocked the ball down.

It now makes sense why he hasn't improved any. He doesn't acknowledge that there is anything to improve on. First step in getting better is identifying what must be improved.

"My job is to get the play and run it and that's what I did"...said jefferson
I'm not sure he got the play, and he didn't succeed in running the play...he never got the snap! He wasn't even lined up behind t-bob...and what qb stands there waiting while the clock is running down. Feel sorry for the guy

I thought part of the job of the QB was to be the general on the field.. Get the team lined up and to be a leader..
Sounds like JJ just wants to be a follower. Not a trait you want in your QB.
