If JJ gets drafted, it will be to play QB. Randall was given a shot at Safety in the NFL, never at QB.

if you put randall on this team he would produce better numbers than jj and the team would win the same games. im not so sure the same happens if jj is on the 02 team

This doesnt make since. Saban>Miles in every aspect of college football. According to most, 2002 and 2004 teams should be way better than any we have had under miles.

But in reality if ur qb attempts 209 passes his stats are going to suck. The coaches have handicapped the qbs with play calling. its fairly simple. If JJ or lee attempts 359 passes like flynn did his sr year. Everyone would be singing a diff tune.

We need to only start QBs named Matt, both of out BCS chaminships have been with a matt under center, i guess "mett" is close enough lol

Do you have any evidence of this?

Marcus Randall 2001-2004
Passing:
GP att cmp pct yds TD INT Y/G
43 216 385 56.1 2854 18 12 66.4

Rushing:
GP att yds TD Y/G
43 162 617 5 14.35

Jordan Jefferson 2008-2010
Passing:
GP att cmp pct yds TD INT Y/G
32 336 578 58.1 3396 28 18 124.9

Rushing:
GP att yds TD Y/G
32 284 598 9 18.69

Big difference in passing. About the same in productivity rushing.

It's about CLASS. Marcus Randall had class. JJ studied under Kelvin Sheppard, who looked up to Ryan Perilloux. JJ didn't have a chance, which in the end, will end up costing Miles his job. Sheppard taught JJ to be angry at the fans and to stick it in our face every time he scored. Not good PR from your state university leaders of your football team.

Randall was a great guy, but he largely sucked.
