I really think there's zero chance he plays, but then again, Miles did get Jefferson a TD in his first game back from suspension.

It seems to be all about Hilliard and Blue, but if you read the stats from the last scrimmage, Magee had the most yardage. If Hill sits, Magee will have his chance to shine and I thinks he knows this. We may see a remarkable showing from a young man who has waited for his turn.

After Jefferson had missed four games.

Not at all the same situation we have in this case.

not even close to the same because JJ was only suspended while the legal process was playing out. once that was done he was back

Say Hill doesnt play, how many carries does Blue get after major knee surgery? 10 or 12? I think its all Hilliard and Magee.

Not true! JJ played the first game (UK) after the EBR Grand Jury failed to return a felony indictment on him and the charge was reduced to a felony. He played before he ever stood trial.

I was there on Victory Hill when JJ was the first person off the bus behind CLM to walk down VH to TS... I told my son right then that JJ was going to play and he would be booed. Was right on both counts.

Like others have said, I don't think anybody knows excpet Les and the coaching staff.

Here's what I expect though. And might I add, I think Les is a very smart head coach if he plays it this way.

I think we will see a heavy dose of Blue and Hillard to begin the game. Maybe mixed in with a few carries for McGee. If Blue and Hillard are getting the job done and we have a nice comfortable lead against TCU, then Hill doesn't play. He's not suspended, but just buried on the depth chart and didn't get a chance to get in the game.

If the combo of backs aren't really getting it done and we are trailing, or in a really tough battle....enter J. Hill to give us a spark.

If he was suspended for X amount of games, I think Miles would come out and say it. This way he is "punishing" Hill by not playing him if he's not needed, when he otherwise would be the guy in the game, but at the same time he's not costing LSU and the rest of the team a game.

I think you got it.

As soon as the legal process played out, Hill was back too. Hill benefits by getting in trouble during the right part of the calendar...relative to the season.

well we shouldn't punish him anymore since we already punished him and already took the media hit for not coming out and saying he was sitting so les should go ahead and lift it. I also dont want him rusty and fumbling the ball against the barn while we blow them out

You just don't get it.
