Exactly, Roger. Doesn't matter a bit if the SEC is perceived as strong. The only two good teams in the SEC were in the 'Ship having played a down SEC schedule.

It sure was. So. If we end up with 2 losses along with UGA, the PAC 12 champ and the Big 12 champ and there's one spot left in the CFP, it's gonna come down to strength of schedule.

That's a lot of ifs, Lunatik. If LSU goes 10-2 this season, it's a successful season...but it'll take all kinds of ifs for it to result in a playoff berth.

I should add for context....
I live in San Antonio and work in Ft Worth currently. I do NOT want the Aggies to be good at anything, DEFINITELY not football. It's been great since I moved here wearing LSU gear and not hearing a friggin peep. Let's keep it that way. I will be pulling for Clemson next weekend.
