Hester was picked in the third round (I was surprised at that.. thought fifth or so.) Hester great!! No, but better than Keiland, who if Miles had played in place of Hester, we would not have won the BCS.

here's the question you need to ask LM at the first opportunity you get:

"Coach Miles, I was just wondering if this year will be like last year. What I mean is this: Everytime that Scott, Williams, or Murphy makes a good run for a TD, are you going to sit them on the bench for the rest of the game and give the ball to our fullback for the next 20 carries? I'll hang up and listen?"

It amazed me that he would punish our RBs for scoring TDs, yet he would never pull Flynn when he was hurt and making bad mistakes.

Honestly, it makes him look like the moron that everyone around the nation thinks he is.

how do you know? We lost the UK game in large part due to Hester so good thing everyone else in college football lost twice.

Also, an NFL scout said in Sporting News PRIOR to last season that he'd take Keiland in the 1st round of the draft "right now." Another scout said prior to the BCS title game last year that KW would have a breakout year this year and everyone would be wondering why he didn't get the ball more last year. But, hey i trust Rantards more than NFL scouts so he probably won't get drafted.

I wouldn't question a coach that won the BCS. First round draft pick?? There are a lot of college TB that people thought were great who watch the pros play on Sunday.

We were lucky to win the NC. Actually, we were lucky to win both of the recent ones. But, if you think that Miles is above reproach, you are a moron. He's made numerous questionable calls since he's been here, just like all coaches do.

Hester starting over KW, CS, and RM was about as smart as Saban/Fisher starting Randall over Russell.

Some points need to be made more than once. Alot of fans think CS is a more complete TB and should start. Who knows. The first three games will tell us alot. I hope we see more two TB sets so we see all the TBs alot. On the other hand, with #45 going 260 lbs I'd like him leading the play.,

He ran straight the whole way until he faked the DB on the 20. Great play but any good back would have done it.

that stutter step was the best individual move of the whole season. it was just plain sick. nobody else wouldve done that.

that juke was so subdued...the threat of keiland's speed makes DBs go nuts when KW just slows down

Even when talking about the loaded stable of running backs, Miles returned to the theme of the day after practice.

"I want to see the leadership emerge,” he said of the position.

Offensive coordinator Gary Crowton said he’s seen burgeoning leadership in Scott and Richard Murphy in the backfield, Brett Helms at center and Richard Dickson at tight end.

It will interesting to see who eventually goes higher in the draft KW or CS. They both bring a lot to the table. KW probably more of a home run threat, while CS a more powerfull runner, not quite the home run threat that KW is, but possibly a more complete back.

Can't we all just get along?

Seriously, we are all LSU fans so lets try to support our team the best way we can instead of insulting each other. Obviously, most of us supported Jacob Hester all the way to the NC game. I'm sure people who supported Jacob also felt that KW deserved to get more carries, as well as C.Scott. Let's all eat!
