Espn appears to be trying to dispel the "ESPN hates LSU" complaints. They did the same thing for UT, after the perceived assist to Charles Woodson in the Heisman race vs Manning. Shortly afterwards there was outrage from UT fans, insults from ESPN commentators, and a classless ESPN commercial poking fun at UT fans. Since then ESPN has kissed up to UT, especially Bruce Pearl. So apparently they do pay attention. Of course, LSU's success makes it easier for them. Even MLBB hi-lites mentions LSU if a Tiger is involved. They also FEAR THE HAT.

I'll take the hype regardless of their intentions, it only helps us.

Not really liking it at all. Seemed kinda lame! Miles is more known for his big giant balls rather than his recruiting skills, which are great. Should have went with a gamble situation IMO.

brilliant! haha

actually now that i think about it, i think all these espn haters are missing something. ESPN slobs on USCs knob all the time yes. and so people assume they are the defining team of college football or whatever. dont get me wrong they play some good football, but it becomes cyclical because they can rack up awesome recruits because "theyre usc". instead of saying FESPN we need to get them to give us some more of that media felatio so that we can pull any recruit we want (which we come close to).

I just love the fact that they used Miles at all. And during every ESPN program, they give props to LSU and Les. That's awesome.

I noticed none of the Bama fans have a take on this.

very rarely do athletes/coaches have much dialog in SC comercials. Les really got to say a lot comparitively.

Hey! The Mannings said zilch!

King James said......Have you seen my chair?

I like it!

I guess I am glad they didn't stick him with a catch phrase. It's funnier with him saying "me too" instead of "have a great day"

I was waiting to see how that commercial would turn out...its aight, but surprised they didn't have him saying more silly things that people love about Les

That would have made him look ridiculous. This is way better.

If Les starts recruiting for ESPN, Bama fans will start saying that ESPN's winning with Saban's CNN recruits.
