I hope he finds his comfort level and right here in BR. That may be what he is deliberately trying to do.
I, too , wanted Miles gone last year, but never thought him to be anything other than a stand up guy who personally represented the university well. That's why parents and recruits loved him so much.
I understand the frustration with Miles, but not personal animosity.

It would be nice to have an elite recruiter in some type of support position in the ad office.

He is overall a stand up guy and still loves the town. He is preparing his exit and enjoying his last days (months) in Baton Rouge.

Would love Les to get a figure head position at LSU like Spurrier at Florida.

Just give him an office and pay him a modest salary to walk around to tailgates and shake people's hands and show off his championship ring.

FWIW, Les still contacts a lot of the players consistently to ask how they're doing and to stay present in their lives.

He's a stand up individual.

I think he would be a great AD for LSU. Fire Alleva, Hire Miles.

I hope he gets a good HC job that fits him, and doesn't hurt LSU.

If not and he likes BR I hope he stays forever.

Les is a good man, and represented LSU with dignity and is own brand of quirkiness and become a national brand -- most of it very good for LSU football.

I would love for him to stay in BR, and have some sort of job with LSU. He's an awesome man

This is just horrible!!

Imagine a man and his family exercising their right to go to church. And worst of all meeting and greeting fellow church goers in public. In PUBLIC mind you. This blatant open display of religion and human interaction must be avoided at all costs.

Thanks for alerting us to this tragedy.

That would be the icing. Throw out Alleva and bring in Miles.

I go to the church Miles goes to. Usually, he comes late, sits in the back room, and jets at the end to avoid drawing crowds.

Something was different yesterday... he sat front and center and hung out after the service at the MAIN EXIT door and told everyone "Merry Christmas" and shook everyone's hand.

What does it mean???

He is banging your wife.

He's going into the ministry and is going to be pastor of the church?

I'm sure he could preach some interesting sermons.

Imagine going from one of the most recognizable/prominent figures in La to just an ex-coach overnight.

Coaches have egos like everyone else
