I don't know whose alter you are, but you should be sent to the same penalty box. You are a moron.

I've read the opinions of people who have been at practices. I also saw both of them play in many games and see the zip on Jefferson's passes. I'm not talking about quick release or throwing motion. Those are mechanics...I'm talking about the time the ball takes from getting from Point A to Point B after it leaves the QB's hand. Jefferson throws a ball with more zip on it.

Proves once again how little you know about anything.

Funny you mention throwing interceptions. I don't have the stats in front of me but if Jefferson was attempting as many passes as Lee did last year, his interception ratio would probably be as bad. I hope Lee gets a chance to redeem himself.
One reason Jefferson doesn't attempt as many passes is he doesn't force the ball like Lee was doing last year. Of course, the MAIN reason is that LSU is running far fewer plays because of all the 3 and outs with the OL problems and thus the running game problem. Jefferson isn't to be blamed for that. Once again, I would rather have sacks than a bunch of INTs.

So far you have blamed the OC, the OL, the TE and the WR's for JJ's inability to score points. Wanna take a shot at the RB's too while you're at it?

Guy, you don't have a clue what you are talking about. Go out and buy a Football for Idiots book. You really need to start at the beginning!

dude, you have been posting since Aug. of this year? I wonder what your football IQ is uncle tomm?
Many women on these sites know that if something doesn't work, you change it. Bad coaching decisions and players or playing that indicates some kind of crazy, looney throw of the dice decision. Remember this is the money maker at most Universtities playing sports? These idiots didn't even try to use Shep last night
When you can't get it in at the the 1 yd. line and you go for 3 and loose 13-3; wtf is the difference loosing the game 13-0. Where are the real idiots in this program, please stand up and man up to who you are? Boy is that dreaming, coaches manning up to the real problems with this team.......

Amazing. The reason we won the Georgia game was because the coaches didn't trust Jefferson to throw the ball on the last touchdown play. Same thing most of this year. We can't trust Jefferson to throw the ball; either he takes a sack or throws late to the receiver thus allowing our other athletes no chance to make big plays. I totally disagree with you, but that's the good thing about the rant. We don't have to agree with each other. Have a nice day!!!!

Actually, I have never blamed the TE or the WR or JJ. Must be responding to the wrong poster.

Most of Jefferson's passes are on the money. For example, besides completing several passes at the end of the Georgia game, he had two perfect ones droppped....one by LaFell and one by Dickson.

Jefferson = Randall
------------------------------------------------
= a very over rated JaMarcus Russell, who will not be on an NFL roster in two more seasons. He is completing less than 40% of his passes in the NFL ... that will NOT HOLD UP fellas

Shepard has shown himself so far to be poor at protecting the ball..
One fumble. UGA fumble was an incorrect call. So, has JJ shown he is poor at passing into the end zone??? Threw an int, once....

Once again, the first time he touched the ball he fumbled. In the Georgia game, the call was indeed overridden correctly, but it shouldn't come down to a review. Bottom line...you protect the football. And he hasn't touched the ball that many times yet as stated by many people. Yet he has already fumbled once and except for an override would have been credited with another. Not good.

Sensationalism at its best. What better way than to give Jefferson credit. If his passing ability was up to par, the coaches never would've called a run play. In the end, the decision was a coach's decision. Not Jordan's. Otherwise we wouldn't need to pay big bucks for them to walk the sidelines or sit in the box. Try again.

Risk vs Reward ... if you don't throw the ball it never gets intercepted. At this point I would rather take a chance downfield with our 6'3"+ receivers than take consecutive sacks resulting in another 3 and out.
