I think O gets another year but I will say having a bunch of kids quit mid season rumors or not ain’t a good look going forward. Regardless something needs to change. Having zero changes on the staff heading into 2021 wouldn’t inspire much confidence.

When you have people with inside information coming on the board and stating O is losing the administration and the team there is cause for concern. You can keep ignoring it and knighting for O if you want.

Dude the rants reactions are based off of people in this business that are paid to “know shite.” I love how assholes like you are the first ones in line to start throwing bricks at fans who have obviously had reason to be unhappy . I hope that LSU keeps Gilbert and we don’t lose anymore players but to believe that there is not more going on here than what’s being reported is stupid. This shite started before the season and has continued. Every school is dealing with 2020 and I am not seeing other schools falling apart at the seams like LSU has been. Our best receiver quits on his team the week of the Bama game ? I don’t ever remember anything in my lifetime like this. There are obvious problems in the locker room. I don’t even care to know what they are, but with every day that passes I have less confidence in Orgeron being able to fix it.

Sure, some Rantards are over the top. But the rest of us have legitimate concerns about coaches and players this year. That's blatantly obvious from what we've seen on the field from week 1, which has been an utter embarrassment.
If you can't handle that, why are you on a message board?

Because the first hint was losing to a bad Miss State team and giving up historic passing yards in the process. Many other hints followed.

It's most definitely making things worse when the fan base is pouring gas on the dumpster fire. If you want to help put it out, be behind the team. The grass isn't always greener on the other side and firing coaches will most definitely shows to the public that our faculty doesn't buy in either. We will most definitely see our recruiting class and future take a plunge if our action is to fire O and the first year DC under a COVID year.
As crazy as it sounds, I'd give Pellini one more off season and if he starts off the same way then you fire him first game.

I want to give O a chance to right things. He’s earned at least 2021 to make the right changes. But that starts ASAP and he’s better get it right. We need younger, competent, progressive coordinators with an ability to attract and recruit. I think a lot of his sideline anger comes from the embarrassment of sticking his proverbial summer foot in his mouth and knowing that he has egg on his face as he watches his team break dubious record after record on defense.

Thank God someone with some sense said it. If the kids were gone then it would be public knowledge. The fact that it is not official means that they are still on this team. The only way we see the ship righted is to keep them on this team.
