LSU is 10-11 but had they beaten Nicholls and others like Wichita State, they'd be 14-7. I know...ifs and buts, but a NIT berth could still be attainable and would be, even with all of the blowouts, had they won 4 more OOC games that they certainly could have.
This team is bad, though...no denying.
I thought they could be a tourney team, but I also thought Malcolm White would be a 14/10 type of player and that Stringer and Turner would show, every game, what they showed us in the opener. I also thought Dennis Harris would amount to something.
We likley will win 2 more games. 12 wins is awful. BUT man...16 wins would at least get us in the discussion of NIT. Everyone was saying that we'd rebound from Nicholls among others, but now look how important those games are. 2-4 in the SEC is still 2-4, too...no matter if we lose by 1 or 50. If this LSU team had 4 more wins than what they presently have and could find a wayto be 4-5 in the SEC by mid February, post season wouldn't be out of the discussion.
I'm being totally hypothetical...but still...we could be better.

Treat TJ like you'd treat anyone else. Give him four years unless he is literally destroying the program. Once year four is done, fire him if he experiences a second consecutive season of regression (this is when Brady was fired--no sooner, no later).
This year, the team has improved, and they likely will improve next year as well. That is good. Let's hope TJ keeps up the good work. If he does, LSU will be in the Final Four before the end of this decade.

Your a joke.....what an ignorant post. It's amazing how people do not give Brady any credit. Who cares how recruits got here. There are guys like Ct on every campus, and a recruiting coach on every team. LSU now just so happens to have neither now.

Are you kidding, this team is better than last year, tell me kidding. Last years team had tasmin mitchell and bo spencer. This is the worst talented and least coached LSU basketball team I have ever seen. There is no way you can be serious watching this product.

Wow...I actually thought from reading some of your post you knew a little about bb. You actually think this team can get in the NIT. This team losing to Nicholls, NTSU was no fluke, those teams beat us 9 our ten times

Talk about crappy posts by delusional fans. How on Earth has this team improved from last year ? You can't be serious about hanging on to improvement from a two win conference season. Unless we win 6 or 7 , bragging on 3-13 or 4-12 is like some 400lb fat arse bragging about losing 2 lbs.
Of course going to the Final Four would be great but what on God's Green Earth has this clown done to make anyone think LSU will even make the NCAA tournament while he's still here, let alone the Final Four ?
